Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be a registered business seeking to export/import halal-certified products or services.
• You agree all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Account & Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your company profile, contact details, halal certifications, and product listings.
• Listings may be reviewed, edited, or removed if they do not meet our standards or violate these Terms.

3. Paid Services & Subscription

• Access is subscription-based. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by mandatory local law.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• Payment terms and subscription details are shown at purchase.
• Failure to pay fees will result in immediate suspension or removal of your listing without notice. You remain liable for all unpaid amounts.
• If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your access will be suspended immediately, and you are responsible for all associated fees.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; notice will be given before your next renewal.

4. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory charges arising from your purchase or use of the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• No spamming or unsolicited offers outside the platform's intended use.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.

6. Directory Content

• We do not guarantee lead quality, deal closure, or actual business results from your listing.
• We make reasonable efforts to verify listings but cannot warrant all user-provided information is accurate or current.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content you provide (text, images, logos) remains yours; you grant us a license to display this content for platform-related purposes.
• The Halal Times Business Hub branding, UI, and software are owned by The Halal Times Business Hub.

8. Limitation of Liability & Financial Disclaimer

• We are not liable for business losses, data inaccuracies, or third-party actions on or off the platform.
• Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee financial results, minimum leads, or successful connections for your business.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access will remain until the end of your billing period.

10. Jurisdiction & Severability

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Tokyo, Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tokyo, Japan.
• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users.
